Experience the wide taste profile of the world’s most distinctive coffees. Coffee is a journey, let Theo’s Roast be your guide. Savor the finest blend of delectable flavors that Ethiopia, as well as other cultures around the world has to offer.

Our Story

My husband is from Ethiopia, the birthplace of coffee, so coffee has been a large part of his upbringing and something we celebrate at all of our family gatherings. I come from over 2 decades in hospitality with a particular passion for wine. We now want to combine my experience in the industry, his culture, and our passion for coffee into a local business. We want to develop relationships with other like-minded businesses in the coffee community to share great products and knowledge as well as working together to give back to the farmers making it all possible.

Theo’s Roast is named after the Original Emperor of Ethiopia, Theodros, which has become a very sentimental family name. We are excited to share the tastes of coffee from Ethiopia and share our experiences and create new ones, while also exploring new cultures around the globe. We plan to travel to the farms to meet the farmers and work to create a better farm to home experience and give back to those involved.

We are proud to support and improve the livelihoods of small, sustainable and specialty farms.

We take pride in finding exceptional, single-origin coffee beans from Ethiopia and across the coffee belt. We are excited to share our culture while exploring new cultures and sharing them with our coffee family. In the process, we hope to help improve conditions for coffee farmers and give back wherever we can.
